MADISON COUNTY EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Head Start by Skyline CAP

Age: 3 to 4 years old by September 30th of enrolling year

Locations: Applications available at Skyline CAP office, 532 Main St. or online

Transportation: Must provide own transportation
Cost: Free to those who are eligible and accepted
Hours: 8:30-2:30 during the school year (Sept-May)

Mixed Delivery Program at Private Childcare Centers

Age: 1 month to 12 years old by September 30 of enrolling year
Locations: Private childcare centers throughout the region (check website below for locations)
Transportation: none

Cost: Free to those who are eligible and accepted
Hours: Varies, year round, check website for detailed info

 Madison County Public Schools Pre-K Program

Age: 4 years old by September 30 of enrolling year
Locations:  Applications available in the Primary School office, 158 Primary School Dr.
Transportation: Yes
Cost: Free for eligible applicants
Hours: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm during the school year (Aug. – May)
