Head Start by People Inc.
Age: 3 to 4 years old by September 30; 5-year-olds that miss the September 30 cutoff
Locations: 3 to 5-year-old class at DG Cooley Elementary School in Clarke County and 3 to 5-year-old classes at Frederick County Child Development Center in Winchester
Transportation: Provided for children living within the school zone
Cost: Free for eligible applicants
